Located just 20 feet from the ocean, this beautifully upgraded and renovated two-story corner unit is situated in one of Puamana’s most desirable locations, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and within a short stroll from the ocean and pool. The expansive oceanfront lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, visible from the kitchen, living room, and dining room. In contrast, the mountainside den serves as a cozy guest room or entertainment area. After a day of enjoying Maui's sun, surf, and adventures, you and your family will find comfort in any of the four tropically decorated bedrooms.
The renovation of Lahaina is currently underway. Fortunately, the tropical oasis of 130 properties, including this home on Puamana's south shore, remained unharmed by the Lahaina fire. Maui County has cleared this section of Puamana for public access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, have been thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy this beautiful home and the stunning ocean views that greet you from the kitchen, living room, and dining areas.
The expansive oceanfront lanai invites you to unwind while the waves soothe your soul. The mountainside den, equipped with a queen sofa bed, can also serve as a cozy guest room or entertainment space, providing a retreat within a retreat. Upstairs, the oceanfront master suite is a luxurious sanctuary featuring an en-suite bathroom, a king bed, and a private sunning deck with panoramic views. Two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with twin beds and the other a queen, share a beautifully appointed bathroom. A fourth bedroom located on the main level, also with a king bed, ensures comfort and privacy for all guests.
At Puamana, you can immerse yourself in your tropical sanctuary, enjoying a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach. Two grocery stores in Lahaina, along with their shopping complexes—Safeway and Foodland Farms—are conveniently located within a ten-minute drive. While the historic clubhouse and townhomes on the north side of the property are obtaining permits to rebuild, you will still be able to enjoy the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for.
