Aloha and E Komo Mai (hello and welcome) to our beautiful direct oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We enjoy endless unobstructed ocean views and spectacular Maui sunsets! With the backdrop views of the surrounding Islands of Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe.
The Renovation of Lahaina is well underway. Fortunately, a tropical oasis of 130 properties, including this home on the south shore of Puamana, was unharmed by the Lahaina fire, Maui County has now cleared this section of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy this beautiful oceanfront home.
As you step through the front door of 254-3, prepare to be captivated by the stunning ocean vista that instantly dissolves your worries. Our home features a spacious living room, an inviting lanai, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and high-quality appliances, all accented with touches of Hawaiiana. The second floor hosts the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bath, a Cal King bed with an organic mattress, soft linens for ultimate comfort, and stunning ocean views. The first guest bedroom, located across from the master, offers picturesque West Maui Mountain views and a cozy queen bed. On the top floor, two mirror-image bedrooms provide stunning views—one with West Maui Mountain vistas and the other with sweeping ocean views, arguably the best in the home. Both rooms feature queen beds, with a full bathroom in the hallway between them. The living room is fully air-conditioned, and each bedroom has a wall air conditioner, though many prefer to leave the lanai doors open to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. Please note that the surf can get a bit salty when it is up.
At Puamana, enjoy a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach as you unwind in your tropical sanctuary while remaining just a short distance from the thrills of world-class golf, distinctive shopping, ocean activities, and exceptional dining experiences. The resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua are also easily accessible. Whether you’re organizing a relaxing getaway or a productive retreat, this is the ideal spot to take advantage of everything Maui offers.
Two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway, Foodland Farms, and Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle, are conveniently located within a ten-minute drive.
