We enjoyed our 10-day stay in HKOK118. The condo was clean and well-furnished, with good appliances, complete with an A/C unit that did a good job during the day while working with the sunshade outside. We also used the box fan in the evenings to move the heat through the hallway and out the front door. Only negative feedback is that the condo owners should consider removing the framed art being stored in the closet and maybe leave a few sand toys and beach chairs for customers to use. We very much enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Top location in front of the sea, really nice apt with well equipped kitchen. Best place to watch sunset from terrace everyday and close to shops and restaurants.

Mahalo again....6th time in the same condo. Good condition, good supplies, great customer service from all on toilet issues on a Sunday and holiday. All in all wonderful and looking forward to the same unit in 2020.

The condo was perfect and had everything I needed including beach towels and kitchen essentials. The entire condo unit was always quiet and the beach right outside was perfect for families. It was great just walking out to the beach instead of taking elevators. I’m definitely returning!

The unit was nice and you could not beat the oceanfront location. Walking distance to Supermarket, restaurants, and food trucks. Only downside to the trip is we stayed for 5 nights and we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper. For the amount of money we paid to stay here, I would’ve thought that more than 2 rolls would be included. Apparently they only give you the basic needs, then your on your own.

A couple things to be aware of when you stay at this condo are that the laundry machines are shared by the whole building and it costs $1.75 to wash and $2.00 to dry your cloths. If the machine lid is left open overnight do not put your cloths in it, a swarm of mosquitos will come out. Also, you can only use the machines during designated hours and it is cold water wash only. We found out the hard way that if you leave your outside light on not only does the light stream into the bedroom but the local roosters will start crowing at you between 4:30 and 5:00 in the morning. When we shut if off they no longer woke us up. There is one window air-conditioning unit in the living room and we could not figure out how to get the living room ceiling fan to go very fast, it seemed low was it's only speed. In the afternoons and around dinner time the condo was pretty warm, but other than that it was comfortable as long as we kept the fans running and the window curtains closed when the afternoon sun came in. We would open them again at sunset. We had a problem with the TV while we were there but the management for this unit was great and came out to fix it. Just know that they have limited hours, I think they close at 4 everyday so check to make sure you have figured things out before then. They are super helpful and make excellent suggestions if you want to know of places to eat and stuff. The sunset from the condo is beautiful every night and the condo building blows a conch shell every evening when the sun sets. We enjoyed that tradition. Other than what I mentioned the condo was as pictured on the site. It is located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. I suggest the smoothie bowls at Wow Wow Handcrafted Hawaiian Lemonades and Akamai coffee was very good too. I will say that the best poke bowls we had were from Foodland (a grocery store near the mall in Kahului). That was a suggestion by a local and it was a good one. There are lots of choices. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We chose the garden level condo because we wanted to be able to walk right out to the beach. The beach is sandy and not very crowded. There is a table and chairs on the lanai for dining outside plus the building has lawn chairs available on the grounds. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It was also nice to have the outside foot wash on the side of the building available. The condo is decorated with lovely island decor and is well kept and clean. Since we were there in March, the fans kept the condo nice and cool and we only turned the A/C on once. Also, having keyless entry was perfect for check-in/out and for not losing keys. Being on the garden level we were wondering about noise from above, but we never heard any of our neighbors. The location is conveniently close to town, but feels remote and not touristy. One of our favorite things about the location was that we could fall asleep listening to the waves. It truly was garden level paradise.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this family friendly condo. It has beach access with ample beach for walking and swimming, wonderful sunsets. It is clean nicely decorated and the pull out is comfortable. The pool is great too. We will definitely rent this again.

Condo was great value for the price, included everything we needed. On site coin laundry, full kitchen. Just a few steps out the door to see a Beautiful sunset every night. Within walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants/food trucks. Our only negatives was the mattress had a hump in the middle so was not comfortable for 2 people to sleep and the shower water never really got hot, just slightly warm. Previous condos we’ve stayed in Hawaii had a mini cooler assigned to the room for use, that was NOT the case for this room. Overall no real complaints as we hardly spent any time here except for sleeping.

Condo was well stocked with lots of plates, pots and pans, and cutlery. Knives were sharp. Loved the well stocked kitchen, however left little space for groceries. Main bed was good, but plastic cover made bed hot, possibly a mattress pad would help? Lots of pillows, blankets, and towels. The beach chairs and beach toys were great additions too. Love the location! The only thing missing was a hot tub for the complex, would be a great addition!!
