My only complaint is the the carpet in the family room appears dirty & very worn out especially where the high traffic area transitions from the tile in the kitchen. In my opinion, a laminate flooring would be easier to keep clean and maintain.

This condo is well appointed with a deck that looks out to the beach on the property! The bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Convenient parking. Easy walk to restaurants, stores, and coffee! We would love to stay here again.

Great view!! Clean and newly remodeled condo, BEAUTIFUL Bathroom, comfy bed. The only thing I would ask for is a 4 pack of 2 ply toilet paper!

We loved our stay! The view from the balcony and easy access to the beach were definitely a treat. And there is a grocery store close enough to walk to. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed. Being in Kihei was great for access to the Road to Hana, Haleakala and a visit to Lahaina - nice central location.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have stayed at Hale Kai O Kihei 3 times now and miss John the manager who would blow the conch shell at sunset every evening. Mahalo and Aloha!

We loved our stay at HKOK! The condo was very comfortable--spacious, with gorgeous view. The kitchen had all we needed, including a few spices, cooking oil, plastic wrap. The bed was super comfortable, the linens nice, even the sleeper sofa was comfy. It was great to have beach equipment available too--chairs, cooler, noodles for swimming, and a safety vest. The one suggestion we have is that there be at least some basic cleaning supplies provided so people dont have to buy glass, toilet, counters cleaner. Also, the vacuum cleaner had no suction. We were there over two weeks and wanted to do some basic cleaning. The staff was super, super helpful--we really appreciated their taking care of all our needs immediately. We got a new coffee maker when the old one proved to not work; we were granted late checkout on the day of our departure, and were very grateful for that. Thank you to the staff and to the owners ?

Everything was perfect except the hot water was not turned on when we arrived. The location, the amenities, and views were amazing. I would love to go back!
