We enjoyed our month long stay. We found the building to be clean, the grounds were kept beautifully and the location was fantastic, but, the building is older and really could use a plumbing upgrade. We found the sound carried up the building from the noisy get togethers on the lower level patios which was a little annoying at times. We liked this building and will return.

This condo is perfectly located on the beach. The views are breathtaking. We had a competition every night to see who could capture the best sunset. The complex is filled with friendly neighbors and lots to do. Walking on the beach is a must. Shop, restaurants and groceries are a short walk. I would highly recommend this location for your Maui stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is comfortable and the views from the back balcony over the beach are spectacular. Its proximity to the beach is a great asset as walking down for a swim is a breeze. As I noted in the last review, the sofa is worn out and uncomfortable. After one good use, the dishwasher ran but did not clean the dishes, so we had to hand wash them. Everything else works and we will most likely stay there again.

This was the perfect little studio to stay in during my time in Kihei. It fits two people very easily and has a beautiful ocean view. You can head downstairs and go straight to the beach or the pool. There are chairs for lounging by the pool and there were even beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the room. It can get a little bit warm where the bed is because the window AC unit is mounted at the opposite side of the apartment, but it wasn’t too bad (especially at night) and there are fans. All in all, I don’t have any complaints and had a great stay. Stay here!!!

Our condo was located in a quiet street next to the beach. It’s close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets which was very convenient. The condo has a kitchen with all the cooking wares and utensils. I recommend going to Costco and get all you need to cook for you and your family, as it gets very expensive to eat out. There’s a gated small pool and a nice yard to swim and play frisbee. Here, we couldn’t swim in the beach; the water was brown from the rain runoff. You want to travel Kalahui town near the resorts to swim or snorkel, especially if you like to see the sea turtles. Overall, this is a nice condo for a family of 3-4 people. It’s not a resort but has a great location.

The apartment has been nicely remodeled and the view is great. Needs some kind of shade to filter the hot sun in the afternoon. Negative is the condition of the building including lack of an elevator to reach the 3rd floor carrying luggage and groceries. Lots of deferred maintenance.
