All facilities present and living conditions were great. All amenities were available for cooking, resting, parking and just chilling on Maui.Condo was also walking distance to private beach and had nice deck chairs and a pool to enjoy. Was also close to the supermarket and good dining establishments and beaches in Kihei. AA Oceanfronts was also kind enough to offer late checkout.Only issue was that the office contact hours were a bit short, but this did not take away from a brilliant experience. Can't recommend enough!

Great location. Quiet and clean place. Excellent view from balcony. We were expecting third person bed a futon not just a not so comfortable couch in living room .Pool is pretty small . Main condo door opens directly to bedroom. So kind of weird. Overall we liked the facility and condo. We will be back.

Comfortable condo with nice view in quiet but accessible area. Just think guests shouldnt have to buy/bring their own shampoo and with the cleaning fee, guests shouldnt have to take out the trash. Also wish recycling had been possible.

The unit was very well equipped with utensils, towels, beach chairs, etc. I was not expecting the coin operated laundromat. I thought the washer/dryer would be in the unit.

We enjoyed our 6 day stay!!!! Beautiful 3rd story view, quiet, clean, and spacious. Will definitely book with you again the next time were in Hawaii.

We had a great time. Nice dishes, excellent knives, pots and pans, and fluffy towels. The #1 issue is the lanai glass door--it is VERY hard to open/close. Needs cleaning, lubrication and maybe new wheels. Otherwise, excellent value, super clean and tended grounds, and good location. Maybe more than 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks would be more welcoming, but I just bought extra.

Really enjoyed our stay! Great central location with amazing beach front! Our unit was very well equipped and clean...great bed and an amazing balcony view of sunset to boot! Will be suggesting to friends interested in holidaying in the Kihei area. Thanks for a great visit!

We were very happy with the condo. Good value for our money. Was clean and for the amount of time we spent there it was more than adequate. Couldnt beat the view!!!! The entire complex was clean... the caretaker takes his job seriously. We will definitely return!!!!!!

We had a great stay at the condo. Love the location and how quiet the area is. Joani at AAOceanfront is great to work with and we will book through her again as we have for many years. 309 could use some updating and TLC but it was fine for our purposes. One suggestion would be to install a non-slip surface in the tub as most people take showers and the surface is slippery. AAOceanfront provided a tub matt which took care of the problem.

The views of the ocean and palm trees are breathtaking and the condo is nice! Nothing beats morning coffee on the porch looking out over waves and palm trees. The beach is relatively peaceful too! When we come back to Maui we definitely want to stay here again! They had great communication and customer service as well whenever we had questions about check in and check out ?

A view on the water was our main requirement and this did not disappoint. We also liked the long beach so we could have a morning walk. The just right for me firmness of the mattress and the not on the main road location gave us a good night sleep. The unit is dated but we were made aware by the management so it was not a surprise. That said there could be some small easy to fix maintenance items addressed. I contacted the office about a TV remote control and that was quickly resolved. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

This is an older, not updated unit with a great location. It’s sad that it has been ignored as there is great potential. Having said that, it does have a very comfortable bed and an amazing view. Although it is supposed to sleep four, there are only 3 dining chairs. No coasters of any type so it was difficult to protect the old wood coffee table. Kudos to the management company who very quickly supplied several missing items. Would we stay there again? Yes. With the amazing view, quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed and well care for property by a resident manager, it was relaxing.

This unit was a standard condo. The only thing that was not up to date was that it did not have a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the view was absolutely wonderful. I do plan on staying in this condo again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
