The condo was exactly as shown in photos, and even better. Loved the layout and decor, and the location and view is spectacular. I’ve typically stayed in Wailea hotels and instead looked for a condo. So happy to have made this decision and so happy to have chosen this condo.

We loved Hale Kai OKihei 310! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The sliding glass doors opening onto the palm trees and ocean was amazing, I dont think we closed the doors once. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we didnt miss having an oven or dishwasher (the microwave could serve as a dual purpose oven if needed). The large bathroom with dual sinks, lots of counter space and a wonderful shower was great. Only possible critiques: wifi was weak in the living room and bedroom. It would have also been nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Sunset walks along the beach in front of the condo were spectacular. We saw several turtles resting in the sand. There were many close beaches to choose from once you got south of Kamala Park. It was also super convenient to have a Times Supermarket within about 2 blocks of the condo.

Hello!! The condo is so beautiful and luxurious. The beach right ahead .... Unfortunately they did maintenance work in 211, so the hammering, knocking and drilling was a bit disturbing. So we discovered lots of the area, which was beautiful. ?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked and very well laid out. The bed was comfortable. We especially liked the feature of the sliding doors that slid all the way over. It made it feel more like bringing the outside inside.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Weve stayed a few places on Maui before but this was our favorite. We loved being right on the water in a quiet area. The design and decor and care shows in ever room of this little place. We loved having the glass doors open in the mornings - the sunsets were fantastic and we loved seeing so many turtles! The in-unit washer and dryer was so convenient. We wouldnt change a thing in this lovely little place. Hoping to come back soon!

This was a perfect way to start my holiday - total relaxation after a hectic time at work. The location was ideal, only steps to the beautiful crescent shaped beach. There was a well stocked supermarket just one block away and restaurants within walking distance. Ideal because I wasnt game to try driving on the right hand side of the road for the first time. The eclectic decor was a highlight as I had looked online at so many dreary interiors. There were so many extra touches that you wouldnt normally get in rented accommodations. The owners take pride in presentation. I loved every minute!

The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. Well decorated and well equipped. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The unit didnt have a dishwasher but watching whales while you cleaned made up for that easily. Having a washer and dryer is great so dont bring a lot of clothes. The area is very casual so leave your dress clothes at home.

Loved this place, location was perfect, lots of good places to eat nearby and felt like everything was a short drive away. The view was beautiful and the beach was perfect, just literaly a 2 minute walk. Decoration was really nice, everything was clean and so comfortable. Finding the place was easy and the instructions to get in were simple. We will be back yo Maui and we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This condo was a beautifully designed and artistic place to set you up for a wonderful vacation. First and foremost is the oceanfront view only steps to a wonderful sandy beach that was never too crowded while we were there. We were able to even see some whales from our third floor viewpoint. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern, and the kitchen is out of this world for ocean view cooking with high end gear. Close by are Grocery stores, wonderful restaurant with great food and drinks, and coffee shops. Parking was a breeze and walking places felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again-thank you so much for letting us stay in this very Maui condo.

The condo was beautifully remodeled and absolutely lovely! Having met the owners during our April 2021 stay in their other unit (314), we were proud to show off our condo (310) to our family during our family reunion and wedding in May 2021. We've stayed in 9 other Hale Kai O'Kihei condos over the past 10 years, and 310 is a stunner! Unfortunately, with the remodel, some storage space was lost. The small closet was too short to hang my wedding dress (had to send it down to another of the 3 condos that we rented for the reunion). The remodeled bedroom includes four drawers under the bed - unfortunately, two of them were full of linens. Also, many of the other condos at this property provide beach chairs and umbrellas. None were provided in 310. Everything else was great, but we'd suggest some changes.

Really loved the location of the condo. The balcony views were incredible! The only drawback, if I had to say anything was the mattress on the bed. I know you can't please everyone- we just like a firmer mattress. We were so happy to be in Maui! Would definitely try for this space again. Thank you!
