Please note: there is no elevator on the premises. This is a non-smoking unit that accommodates two people. There is no pull-out sofa bed. If one of the two guests is a child, let us know so we can adjust the lanai railing for improved safety. The unit was designed with no bedroom door to maximize air flow coming off the ocean, through the condo and out the bedroom windows.&nbsp;</b></span></span></span><br />
