Overall great value, unit needs a little tlc. It had everything thing we needed or wanted for the most part. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

This unit has constant jaw-dropping views from its double sliding glass doors in both rooms! Pull back both sets of curtains and be knocked out every time you look up!! King bed extremely comfortable; furniture on deck and in LRm also great. Bin full of water/pool accessories, a boogie board, cooler, bags avail, 3 beach towels. Kitchen well outfitted with sharp knives and BBQ utensils. Mr Coffee unit a little hinky. But, also a Keurig machine! Bathroom not well ventilated so towels dont dry and you cant put them on railings of course. Lighting poor, however. This is not a renovated unit, so I give it 4 stars. More positive than negatives for sure. Outdoor grills wonderful and grounds well kept. Pool and Jacuzzi great. Wonderful sunsets. Property is very quiet; people gather at grills in evenings and at pool but even on 2nd floor this was never a bother. In fact, 2nd floor made it very easy to grill and come back to unit with dinner! Overall, excellent bang for buck. Very happy with location also for beach, sunsets, getting around island.

We had a great time at this unit. The bathtub plug did not work. The keypad at the pool many times did not work and should be placed as it was more than just poor batteries since it seemed to be intermittent. Fortunately there are two entrances or it would have been a big problem. The one that didnt work is on the south side. However for the price it was great value and we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. How many units in Kauhale Makai do you manage? The AA staff were professional and friendly and was reassuring to have them in the background. The mangers of the building were also helpful.

Hi, our trip was beautiful. Your condo was great. Only one problem- The sliding door I the living area wouldnt open. It wasnt a problem because of the wind and humidity. I didnt go to Maui to complain. We had a great time. Thank you

We loved the place! Very cute and cozy, with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The easy walk to the beach was great, and nearby bus stop was an unexpected perk. Staff were friendly. Pool area was fantastic too! We'll stay there again when we come back!
