Great position.very good spaces inside and outside Very good equipment, quite good bed. Air conditioning only in the living room, never used as good ventilation was enough. Dark curtains in bedroom would be useful.

For the last four years, my partner and I have had a very pleasant working relationship with Joanie Buffett, and her staff at AAO. They have an ideal attitude, skills level, and knowledge for visitors to Maui. Our #169 has all of the needed amenities, including good kitchen equipment, comfortable bed and appropriate bathroom facilities. We have always been very happy with 169, and the support given us by Joanie and her staff members.

Very comfortable ground floor condo, generally quiet at all day and evening times, convenient barbecue close by in the large well maintained garden. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom lacks adequate handhold in bathtub area for shower purposes, and a bathtub shower mat is not provided. We have thoroughly enjoyed the condo for 4 winter holidays, and certainly we will be back again next year. The rental agent is very supportive for questions, and very co-operative always in assistance.

Nice location in complex. Private and overlooking garden. Paint and tile throughout need cleaning and updating. Furniture is good. Television - limited cable access, no access to Netflix or premium channels even for our personal accounts. Could not figure out how to use DVD. Adequate storage. With a little upgrading this could be a 4 star.
