You can't beat the location of this condo complex. It's on one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui with stunning views and protection from the wind. The unit itself is comfortable and simple with nice light colored furnishings. We didn't realize (and it may very well be in the description), but the main space (where the kitchen is) does not have an ac unit, just a ceiling fan and small fan. We didn't really need it except for an afternoon or two it would've been nice, but we managed fine. The back unit does have ac. It is older and shows some wear, but that doesn't affect the functioning of the unit. The electrical in the back unit takes a bit of figuring out since there are very few outlets and already filled with lights and the fan so you have to do a bit of finagling if you want to charge your phone near the bed, but no biggie. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cooking pots, pans etc. Older and not the greatest of quality but I wouldn't expect that in a rental unit (also has a blender, coffee grinder, toaster, coffee maker etc. - plenty of appliances). Bring your own Bluetooth music player as they only have an older CD player (or bring your own adapter chord). The deck is where it's at as the views are beautiful. You can see the ocean and beach through the trees with a stunning sunset. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and body board. Overall you can find more updated units at Mana Kai with nicer furnishings and appliances, but you'll pay for the difference. It was perfect for our visit and would highly recommend staying here and particular at this location.

My family had a great time in Hawaii. Mana Kai 311C was outstanding, perfect for our set up. We stayed in the smaller room, so had some space of our own. Our kids and grandkids stayed in the larger room, which was perfect for them. Views from both rooms were amazing. It was so great being right on the beach! Is was so easy to take the grandkids down there at any point. The condo was very clean and very well stocked, making eating in easy to do. The staff at AA Oceanfront were very helpful and responsive to a couple of requests we had. We would definitely stay in 311C again and rent through AA Oceanfront. Thank you for the great stay!
