The location of this unit was perfect. We had a view directly down the shoreline to the south. Because of the building design, we were able to leave the windows open to enjoy a nice cross breeze every night so that we could enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Additionally, the unit was very clean and the owners made sure that we had most everything that we needed. If not there was a small store in the building. We also enjoyed that there is a Yoga studio at the site and that we had a nice beach next to the building. The building itself is far enough from Kihei to avoid the crowds and to provide nice accommodation, but close enough that its a short drive to the food and entertainment in Kihei. Mahalo for the great experience.

My husband, son, son's girlfriend and myself traveled to Maui from 5/25/21 - 5/31/21 to celebrate our son's graduation from high school (last year - 2020 graduate!) We normally stay up in Kaanapali but chose to stay at Mana Kai this time and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us, clean, spacious, beautiful view of the grounds, beach and ocean and the location can't be beat. We had coffee and breakfast on the lanai each morning and after fun filled days enjoyed the sunset on the beach or grass area each evening. The restaurant onsite (5 Palms) has great food and awesome views as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back and will choose to stay here again. Mahalo!

The room is beautiful and has a great view. Three boogie boards, two beach chairs, and other beach toys were in the front closet. While we were there, the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working, and the air conditioner in the main room wasn’t working part of the time. One of the sliding doors that separates the room is off of its hinge so it has to remain stationary. They sent someone to look at it, but they didn’t return. We had six people. 2 on each bed and 2 on the pull-out sofa. It worked, but it was a little tight. We stayed at the beach most of the time anyway. The kitchen was well stocked with basic things so you can easily cook there if you bring your own food. The were more than enough towels, but only two little bars of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Washer and dryer, garbage and recycling are just down the hall by the elevators, but you have to buy the tokens downstairs at the front desk. $6.00 total to wash and dry. Overall we had a great time and the condo was clean and convenient.

Four of us spent 8 nights at Mana Kai. The views from the lanai are amazing - a great place to spend early mornings before sunrise and evenings after sunset there. The on-site amenities were wonderful - nice pool, general store, equipment rental, concierge who can help arrange activities, and restaurant. There is a nice lawn area under palm trees to set out a lounge chair, relax, and listen to waves. There are many people who stake out their spots by setting out beach towels on the ground very early, several hours before sunrise; and the lounge chairs do run out between 9 and 10 AM. You can make use of the unit’s beach umbrella and two lounge chairs, in case if there’s no space on the lawn. There is also great snorkeling right off the beach there. The condo unit is a little worn and smaller than we anticipated from the photos. But we spent little time indoors, so not a problem. Laundry is not in the unit - it is in a shared area next the elevators, which worked out better than expected. Having a full kitchen was very nice as eating out on the island can be very expensive. There’s a grocery store just a couple miles down the road. Communication and instructions from the management company was very good. Overall we had a very enjoyable and memorable time.

We had a wonderful time! The Ocean view was great, the condo was cute, clean, and fit our family of 4 perfectly! We absolutely would stay here again! There’s snorkeling right off the beach, lounge chairs available at no charge, grills available if you'd like to cook a night yourself, snorkeling rentals and paddle boards, and two person kayaks available daily! Everyone was very kind. The pool is small but very clean we didn’t need to spend time at pool when the ocean was right there. Beautiful setting to watch the sunset as well!! Very close to good restaurants as well! Great location!!

The entire building is just a lovely setting on a wonderful beach with great views. The staff is all so welcoming and helpful. The parking is excellent with convenient carts for loading and unloading baggage, groceries, etc. My only caveat is that our particular unit could use some updating . . . new bedspread in open bedroom . . paint all the dark wood. But then we visited my brother's unit where they have done a lot of work and it was particularly fresh. Would return anytime to Mana Kai. Great location!

We love unit 611C. Weve stayed in it twice and have already booked for next year. Its got enough room for us. (2 adults and 1 kid), has amazing ocean views and immediate access to a fantastic beach. Good boogie boarding and snorkeling out the door. The convenience store downstairs is a big plus, too. Our only complaint was the wi-fi was pretty spotty, and wed love to see an upgraded smart TV in the unit (not that we spent much time on electronics, but it would be helpful for those evening hours).
