Castle in the Sand East is a stunning gulf-front development located in Orange Beach AL, one of the most desirable locations along Alabama's Gulf Coast. This newer property has an East and a West unit. When both sides are rented it is one of the biggest properties along Alabama's Gulf Coast. This property is located in a prime location along the Gulf Coast and can accommodate 14-26 people on each side. This home is located in the heart Orange Beach, approximately half a kilometer west of the Florida/Alabama border and one mile east of the Perdido Pass Bridge.

Our beach house is located in the heart Orange Beach and features a private pool, a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, and nine luxurious bedrooms. Rent the east half of the property to sleep up 26 guests or rent the other half, Castle in the Sand West, to double your sleeping area. Please note that there are privacy walls with louvered screens between all balconies, and a 9-foot privacy wall between pool decks. You will enjoy total privacy between units. The only thing that is shared between both properties is the dune walk down to the beach.

Together, the two wings make up one of the largest beachfront property on Alabama's Gulf Coast. All are located in the heart of Orange Beach, just a half-mile from the Florida/Alabama border and one mile from Perdido Pass Bridge.

The first floor is the place to hang out. It features a large living room with a 65" flat screen Smart TV, and a separate sunroom flooded with natural light. After a day of beach activities, everyone can relax in the A/C on the leather couches, armchairs, and slipper chairs. Through the large windows, you can enjoy the sun and water views.

Entertainment Room

Enjoy a family movie in the entertainment area upstairs, which has a 55-inch flatscreen TV and a sectional sofa.

Private Pool + Balconies

Enjoy the view of the Gulf from your private pool located on the southern sundeck or one of the 5 balconies facing south on each floor. A freshwater outdoor shower is available to rinse off the salt and sand that you brought home from the beach.

Kitchen and Dining

The stainless steel appliances, including the double ovens, gas range, and 5-burner stove, are as modern as the Gulf breezes. The best seats in the house are at your vacation rental.

The kitchen is equipped with multiple coffeemakers including a Keurig. On the private deck, you'll also find a charcoal grill and a gas grill. Let the epic barbeques begin!

Add the spacious center island to the dining area, which can accommodate up to 16 people. The Gulf's turquoise water is a stunning sight.

The "starter pack" includes laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, one trash bag for each trash can, and travel-sized shampoos, conditioners and soaps per bathroom.
