Heavenly Sunset is an older gulf-front home located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Orange Beach AL. The West side of the home can accommodate up to 16 people. There are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. This home is in a great location.

It's the perfect place to enjoy the sapphire waters, white sands and golden sun of Gulf. The property is also conveniently located near all the attractions in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Perdido Key.

Rent Heavenly Sunrise and sleep 16 people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Rent Heavenly Sunrise AND Heavenly Sunset to accommodate 30 people. If your vacation dates are already reserved, you can check out Sunrise - its floor plan is identical to Sunset. Please note that there are louvered privacy screens between all balconies, between the Gulf front decks and between the units as well as in the parking area underneath the house. You will enjoy total privacy between units.

Sunset alone offers 2,600 sq. Three private covered balconies are included in the 2,600 sq. Two balconies at the front of the house offer a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach.

The pool is huge and sparkling, with lounge chairs.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This side of the property can accommodate up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 10 bed, and 4 bathrooms.

First Floor

The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

Second Floor

The second floor features 4 bedrooms, including 2 with plush king-sized beds and 2 custom bunk rooms.

This floor has a new custom bunk bed with a queen over queen bunk and xl twin over xl twin (sleeps six). Two twin xl bunk beds are available (sleeps four). The custom twin bunks can accommodate adults or children with twin XL mattresses. These two bedrooms share one full-sized bathroom. Both sets of custom-made bunks were added in Winter 2022.

Both bedrooms have a view of the Gulf. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The one bedroom features a Gulf view from large windows, while the other bedroom boasts its own private beachfront balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the water.

The Living Spaces

The first floor has a spacious living area with a flat screen TV, sofas that are perfect for napping and windows that let in natural light. After a day on the beach, everyone can relax in the A/C together! You can access a covered balcony with comfortable Adirondack chairs that overlooks the Gulf and beach.

The ground-level covered patio has a picnic table, porch swing, and a shaded area to enjoy the sea breeze. You can also wash off the salt and sand with the freshwater shower. The large, sparkling pool can be found just a few steps away and is shared only with the neighboring property Heavenly Sunrise.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all the appliances and amenities that you would find at home. This includes a coffeemaker and a double-door refrigerator with plenty of space for your holiday groceries.

The dining room has an 8-person table, perfect for group meals. The adjacent kitchen island, with its 5 barstools, makes a great kids table. And don't miss the picnic table under the house on your patio!

Renters must be at least 27 years old. Wire transfers are prohibited. Sorry, NO College or Spring break groups!!NO SMOKINGAll beds are provided with linens, but you must bring your own beach towels. Amenities include cable TV, free WIFI and a fully-equipped kitchen. The "starter pack" includes laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, one trash bag for each trash can, and travel-sized shampoos, conditioners and soaps per bathroom.
