Seaside is one of the most impressive beachfront properties on Gulf Shores in Alabama. This ultra-luxurious beach house has every amenity, including an elevator and a private beachfront swimming pool. It also features ample covered parking, stunning Gulf views and multiple decks and balconies.

Seaside is also the largest home on the Gulf Coast when the East and West sides are combined. Please note that there are solid privacy fences between all Gulf facing balcony and a 10 foot privacy fence on the Gulf front deck, separating both pools. You will enjoy total privacy between units. The only thing that is shared between both properties is the dune walk down to the beach. There is a solid wall between the parking and the house.

This property is located in the heart of Gulf Shores AL and can accommodate 24-40 people comfortably on each side. It is close to local shops and restaurants. Each side has 12 bedrooms with 11 full bathrooms and one half bath, as well as a private swimming pool. The two properties can accommodate up 80 guests. This makes it a great option for weddings, corporate functions, and other special events that require an unforgettable setting.

The kitchen island, which is located near the dining room, can accommodate 6 more people. Two more al fresco tables are located on the deck for a stunning sunset dinner with the gulf breezes.
