Welcome to "Waterside", a wonderful beachfront rental that includes two properties. (Heavenly Sunrise and Heavenly Sunset). This beautiful Gulf-front property is located in Orange Beach, FL. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sapphire waters, white sands and golden sun of Gulf. The property is also conveniently located near all the attractions in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Perdido Key.

Rent "Waterside", and you can sleep 32 guests in 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This rental is divided into two identical halves, like two townhomes side by side. Each half has five bedrooms and four baths and can be rented separately or together.

This listing is for a two-sided property that offers a total of 5,200 square feet in interior living space. There are also six private covered balconies. Two balconies are located on the Northside of the house, overlooking the pool. Four balconies are located on the Southside of the property, with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.

You may find that a huge, sparkling pool with lounge chairs and a pergola shaded by a tree is your favorite place to relax in the afternoon. There are plenty of nearby attractions to tempt you from your poolside lounging. Restaurants, shopping, family activities, and nature trails can all be reached within a short distance. Bedrooms and Bathrooms

NOTE: Each half of "Waterside", as mentioned, is completely separated from the other with walls and private entrances. To get from one side to the other, guests will need to use the exterior doors.

Each side of the property can accommodate up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 11 bed, and 4 bathrooms.

First Floor- Two Bedrooms

Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one on each side of property. Both have a king sized bed and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

Second Floor - 8 Bedrooms

The second floor features 8 bedrooms, 4 on each side. There are 4 custom bunk rooms and four plush king-sized beds.

Two bunk rooms feature custom-built bunk beds with a queen over queen bunk and a twin over twin xl bunk. (Sleeps six per room). Two more rooms feature two twin xl bunks over twin xl (sleeps four per room). The custom twin bunks can accommodate children or adults using twin XL mattresses. All custom bunks will be available in Winter 2022.

Four more king-sized bedrooms (all with Gulf Views!) Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have large windows that showcase the Gulf. The other two feature their own private beachfront balconies, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the water.

The Living Spaces

Each half has a spacious living area on the first floor, with a flat-screen television, sofas that are perfect for naps and windows that let in natural light. After a day on the beach, everyone can relax in the A/C together! You can access a covered balcony with comfortable Adirondack chairs that overlooks the Gulf and beach.

The ground-level covered patios have a picnic table, porch swing, and are shaded from the sunlight. You can also wash off the salt and sand using the freshwater showers. Steps away from the sparkling pool, it's all yours.

Kitchen and Dining

Both kitchens come fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities that you would find at home. This includes coffee makers and double door fridges with ample space for your holiday groceries.

Each dining area has an 8-person table, perfect for group meals. There is enough space to seat 26 people at the adjacent kitchen islands, which have 5 barstools. Don't forget about the picnic tables under the house and on the patio.

The "starter pack" includes laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, one trash bag for each trash can, and travel-sized shampoos, conditioners and soaps per bathroom.
