Halekai II is a beachfront Orange Beach House with four bedrooms, and a large pool.

This house is NEW to our rental program. It is located next to three other properties: Heavenly Sunrise, Heavenly sunset and Romar House on Beachside.

Please note that we will never ask for payment by wire transfer.

AMAZING LOCATION NEAR HEAVENLY BEACHSIDE, HEAVENLY BEACHSIDE AND TWO HOUSES TO THE EAST OF ROMAR BEACHSIDE. You can rent Romar House Beachside, Heavenly Sunrise and Heavenly Sunset, as well as Halekaii, for a total 22 bedrooms. This would be ideal for large groups, as it could accommodate up to 65 people in total.

Welcome to a slice "Aloha", in Orange Beach, Alabama. Halekai II, a 4-bedroom beachfront beauty, has multiple balconies, and its own extra large, private pool. It has one of the largest pools for a single family, Gulf-front rental home in Orange Beach, and you don't even have to share it!

Halekai's private pool isn't the only water feature. You can enjoy the Gulf waves on one of the two balconies, or you can climb the lighthouse-like cupola to get a 360-degree panorama.

The location of Halekai II is unbeatable. You are only minutes away from Perdido Key in FL and Gulf Shores in AL, and all the grocery shops, shops, restaurants, and other activities available in both beach towns. There's plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles in a large lot at the end, set back from the road to ensure privacy.

Main Floor:

Bedroom 1: King Beachfront Bedroom King bed, 2 vanities, and a shower The main floor has a full bathroom with oversized shower. This is perfect for washing all the kids after a day at the beach. You can even put their bathing suits in the front-loading machine next to the shower.

Top Level:

The crow's Nest is located at the top of the house and offers a great view of the coast. It's also a great place to relax, read a book, or watch TV.

The Living Spaces

The living room on the main floor features a sectional sofa with armchair and a flat-screen television. Relax in the cool breeze of the A/C during the day and read a book (or sneak a nap). A dining table adjacent seats 6-8 people, making it a great place for family dinners and boardgame night. Glass doors lead out to the deck so you can enjoy the sun and Gulf views. The second living space, located upstairs, has two futons and an armchair. There is also a dining table that seats four people, as well as a mini-fridge where you can store your favorite cold drinks.

Kitchen Amenities

When the crew is hungry, a fully equipped and stocked-kitchen is there to help. Stock the double-sided refrigerator with ingredients from a nearby grocery store and use the appliances (including stoves, dishwashers, Keurigs, blenders and toasters). There is enough counter space to accommodate multiple chefs working together on dinner. This includes a breakfast bar and two barstools.

Renters must be at least 27 years old. Wire transfers are prohibited. Sorry, NO College or Spring break groups!!NO SMOKINGAll beds are provided with linens, but you must bring your own beach towels. Amenities include cable TV, free WIFI and a fully-equipped kitchen. The "starter pack" includes laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, one trash bag for each trash can, and travel-sized shampoos, conditioners and soaps per bathroom.
