Our 6th floor condo overlooks Sugar Beach, a six-mile stretch of sand from North Kihei to Ma'alaea Harbor—perfect for long, uninterrupted walks without rocky outcrops or narrow public paths. It's great for swimming and boogie boarding, too! The 1-bed, 1-bath condo has been fully renovated with tile floors throughout, and a beautifully updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and high-end appliances. The bathroom features a tiled shower, new cabinets, and a granite vanity. Enjoy the private lanai, plus a second semi-private lanai for lounging or taking in stunning sunset views.
