Property Description

Beautiful two-story house with a living and dining area of 2,900 sq. Two-story home with two living and dining areas. This five-bedroom house with three bathrooms offers plenty of space for the whole family.

Three bedrooms are located on the second floor: a master suite with a Cal King and large oval bathtub; a queen bedroom with cherrywood dresser and, if you have tweens in mind, there is a full over full bunkbed and futon. The loft area has a sofa which can be converted to a queen-size pullout bed. These rooms share the hallway bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms on the main level are a queen-sized bedroom and a second child's room with full-overfull bunkbeds. The bathroom is located downstairs in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with 42" plasma/LCD TVs.

Open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including double ovens stoves microwaves and dishwashers. The dining rooms are separated from the family rooms. There is plenty of seating with two tables that can accommodate up to eight people each. The couch is a queen-size sleeper. The game room is located in the garage, just off the dining area. The game room includes ping pong, pool and air hockey tables. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, highchairs or booster seats. The garage has a full-size washer and dryer for guests' use.

The family room is connected to the pool area by sliding glass doors. Two patio sets offer plenty of seating in the backyard, including a built-in barbecue.

In the home, you can get free Wi-Fi. Central heating and air conditioning.
