Property Description

This beautiful pool home is ideal for three families. This six-bedroom house with three bathrooms features three Cal-Kings and one queen bed, as well as two rooms for kids with Full-over-Full beds. The house is covered with beautiful scraped wood flooring.

The Cal-King Master Bedroom upgraded on-suite. Marble countertops, travertine tile, and a shower with a custom-tiled design. A Jack 'N Jill bathroom was shared between a Queen Bedroom, and a Cal-King Bedroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom features upgraded marble counters, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The hallway shares a Jack n' Jill Bathroom between the last Cal-King Master Bedroom, two children's rooms and the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD TV.

Open concept kitchen with dining area. Perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and stove/oven. Two dining tables can accommodate the entire family. Counter bar offers additional seating. Beautiful sliding glass doors connect the kitchen with the rear yard. The in-ground Pebble-Tec pool includes a Jacuzzi and a Baja shelf. The package includes a natural gas outdoor barbecue grill, patio furnishings, and additional chairs.

Wireless internet is available throughout the main living space. The garage is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer that guests can use. Strollers, highchairs and boosters are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central heating and air-conditioning.

Disney & Disney tram is a short distance away. You can watch Disney fireworks from the front or back yard.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 Two cars in one standard-sized garage. (NO SUVs, large trucks or RVs; one small vehicle parallel to the garage). No RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
