Property Description

Visit our beautiful Pool House, which is perfect for four or more Families. Our home was renovated and decorated by a designer from the inside.

On the main level, there are two children's bedrooms and three master bedrooms with Cal-king beds. The loft features a queen-size room with an ensuite. The two bedrooms are full-overfull bunks with a shared bathroom located in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD television. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded, with marble counters and hardware, as well as custom-tiled rainshowers. The bathroom in the hallway has a bathtub as well as a separate shower. The entire house has hardwood floors.

The custom-made dining table has plenty of space for seating. The Kitchen Island has additional seating. Main Living Room has a 60" LCD TV with DVD player, Time Warner Top 250 channels and Time Warner. Wireless Internet access at high-speed is included.

The kitchen is situated directly next to a full-size washing machine/dryer and a second living room. Both sectionals had queen sleeper couches in the living room. Basement game room with foosball and ping-pong tables. Infants and children can use strollers, highchairs and booster seats. The home is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. The house has an air mattress queen with additional bedding.

Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi located at the rear yard. We will monitor your temperature remotely, so it is ready and at the correct temperature when you arrive. We have outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center are both 6-7 miles from our hotel.

This house can sleep 20 people in its beds. Its MAXIMUM OCCUPIENT at any given time is 20. (This is the total of overnight guests plus day-visitors). Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music According to the city code no outside music is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time.

All major credit and debit cards accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

The price includes an obligatory fee for pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated up to 82° and the Jacuzzi to 102°.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. If you live within 100 mile of Disneyland, a $500 additional security deposit will be needed to ensure that city regulations and rules are followed. Home security cameras are also installed. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
