Visit our beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom house that has been completely renovated and designer decorated on the inside! All new from Jan 2022

The house has two floors. The home has four Cal King bedrooms, one of which has an en suite. The three master bedrooms upstairs are cal kings, and share one bathroom. The main floor bedroom features a queen-sized mattress and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have 47" LCD televisions. All bathrooms have been upgraded to tile flooring and quartz counters. The home has beautiful hardwood floors.

Beautifully upgraded stainless-steel kitchen appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator. Microwave, dishwasher and microwave. The custom dining room table has ample seating space, and the kitchen corner also offers additional seating. There is a separate family room so that parents and kids can have their own space. The main living area has a 60-inch TV with DVD player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet.

The home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The house has Central Air & Heat. The couches have pull-out mattresses. The home has patio seating and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment.

The price includes the mandatory charge for pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82degC

This house can accommodate up to 12 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music According to the city code no outside music is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time. Outdoor security cameras protect your house.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
