Property Description

Visit our beautiful five bedroom home with three bathrooms. It is decorated in designer style, and has a brand new pool and jacuzzi! All furniture and furnishings are new by September 2023

This is a single-story home. Each of the two master bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. Two more Cal-King rooms and one queen have access to a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have 47" LCD televisions. All bathrooms have been upgraded to tile flooring and quartz counters. The entire home is covered in beautiful LVP flooring.

Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table can comfortably seat 10 people, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The 75" TVs in the main living area and dining room are located there. The other bedrooms have 65" TVs. Wireless internet access is available.

The garage has a full size washer/dryer as well as a full size billiard table. The house has Central Air & Heat. The couches are queen sleeper pull-out sofas. The home has patio and outdoor seating as well as a barbecue for enjoying the outdoors.

The price includes the mandatory charge for pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82degC

This house can accommodate up to 12 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music According to the city code no outside music is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time. Outdoor security cameras protect your house.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.
