Property Description
Escape to our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated rock pool and Jacuzzi. The pool has a built-in slide that will keep the kids entertained for many hours. There is ample space for the whole family to relax and enjoy a barbecue while the kids play on the playground.
Our two-story home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The cal-king suite has a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The two other bedrooms have a full-overfull bunk bed, and a cal-king. They share a hallway bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo. The main floor includes two queen-sized rooms and a full bath with shower. The main floor has a spacious living room, an open concept family area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The home features beautiful tile flooring.
Choose from a highchair for your infant or toddler, a booster, a pack'n-play, and strollers.
The home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The house has Central Air & Heat. The couch can be converted into a queen-size bed. The garage has a full size ping-pong and pool table.
The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi up to 102 degrees
This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum 3 vehicles per driveway No RVs and Trailers. No Outside MusicAccording to city code, outside noise of any kind is not allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time.
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. 2022-01
All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.
All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
