This stunning pool house is perfect for three to four families.

This six-bedroom home with four bathrooms is perfect for gathering your entire family in one location. Three Cal-king master bedrooms, one queen, and two children's rooms with full over full bunks can be found. One Cal-king Master Bedroom and one Children's Bedroom share a hallway bath on the main floor. The hallway bathroom is shared by a queen bedroom and a child's bedroom upstairs. The two remaining Cal king master bedrooms have en suites and are located upstairs. All bedrooms have 43" LCD televisions. The house has high-speed Internet access.

A partially open-concept dining room, kitchen and family room allows you to enjoy each other's company. The upgraded kitchen includes custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, backsplash made of travertine, and stainless appliances, including a microwave and stove/oven. The dining room has two dining tables, a sectional sofa with a queen-size bed and a travertine backsplash.

Bathrooms have been upgraded with travertine flooring and granite countertops, as well as custom-made cabinets inked in white antique and cherry. Walk-in showers are also upgraded with custom-designed patterns and inlays of travertine.

The upstairs has upgraded carpeting and laminated wood flooring. The home has high-speed Internet. The home is equipped with central heating and cooling. The garage has a full-size Billards table, a Stiga Stiga table tennis, and a washer and dryer.

The rear yard has a beautiful Jacuzzi and inground pool, as well as a child safety fence. All doors leading to your pool are equipped with child safety locks and alarms. Our Flagstone patio features outdoor dining under a cover. The kitchen is home to a natural gas bbq.

The house is about a 3/4 mile walk to the Disneyland tram along Magic Way. Watch Disney fireworks from the front/back yard.
