Property Description

The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious dining room, two family rooms, and two dining rooms.

Two of the three master suites are en-suite. Two children's rooms with full-overfull beds and a shared hall bath. The bathrooms were custom-designed, with marble countertops and raised panels on cabinetry. Travertine/marble tile inlays were also used in the showers. All bedrooms have upgraded carpeting, and hardwoods and marble tiles are used in the common areas.

Large kitchen with open concept, dining area and family space. Granite countertops offer plenty of space for cooking and prepping in a spacious kitchen. Upgraded custom cabinets, with travertine tile backsplash and flooring. Stainless steel appliances include stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen includes a full-size washing machine and dryer. The sectional couch has a sleeper sofa.

The garage includes a game area with Stiga Billiards, Table Tennis and other games. For your infant or toddler, we have highchairs, pack-n-plays, booster seats, and strollers.

The backyard has a rock swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi. There is a grassy space for the children to run as well as a natural gas BBQ grill, two patio sets and additional chairs.

Each room has LCD televisions that are 47"+. The home has central heating and air conditioning. Private gated entry. Close to shopping & Disneyland.

This house can accommodate 20 guests at any given time. Maximum 5 cars in our driveway. No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees

All major credit cards will be accepted. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if your trip needs to be canceled within 60 days.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

These houses are only available for overnight sleep. These houses are not suitable for any kind of event or gathering. The houses are protected by outdoor security cameras; there are no indoor cameras.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
