Property Description

Beautiful pool house with many upgrades. Perfect for three families. Three master suites, each with a California King bed and its own bathroom. The hallway bathroom is shared by two rooms with full-overfull bunkbeds. The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite and quartz.

The entire house is covered in travertine tiles. Upgraded carpeting in the Master Bedroom. The half-bath is located right off the kitchen/dining room. The apartment has a full-size washer and dryer.

All bedrooms have a 47" LCD TV. The main living room has a 55"+ TV. The house has wireless high-speed internet of 200 mg. The garage has a game room with a full size billiards and ping-pong table. We have high chairs, pack n' plays, and boosters for your infant or toddler.

The backyard features a beautiful swimming-pool, a Jacuzzi in the ground and a BBQ grill powered by natural gas. There is a patio set, with additional chairs and sand.

Pixar Pals Parking Structure is located 20 minutes walking distance from Disney tram. The home has central heating and cooling. You can watch the Disney fireworks in your front or backyard.

This house can sleep 13 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 at any given time (including overnight guests and visitor). Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi up to 102 degrees

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

These houses are only available for overnight sleep. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than two weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
