Property Description

Beautiful pool house with many upgrades. Perfect for three families. Three master suites, each with a cal-king bed and two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds.

Four of the five bedrooms have been upgraded to carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood laminate flooring and tile. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including stove/ovens microwaves and dishwashers. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the counter and the living area. New sectional sleeper sofa (April 2023). The kitchen is equipped with a full-size washing machine and dryer.

The garage game room includes Ping-pong and air hockey, as well as billiards. There are also toys. We have high chairs, pack n' plays, booster seats and strollers for your infants and children. All bedrooms have a plasma 47" TV. The main living room has high-speed Internet. The rear yard has a beautiful swimming-pool, an outdoor barbecue grill with natural gas, a patio table, and extra chairs.

Disneyland & Disneyland tram is within a short drive. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. You can watch the fireworks at Disneyland either from your front or rear yard.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi up to 102 degrees

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.
