Property Description

Visit our beautiful poolhouse, which is ideal for 3+ families. Our home is upgraded with wood flooring, granite countertops and tiled bathroom.

Our five-bedroom house with three bathrooms features two master ensuites and a Cal King Bed, as well as a queen bed. The remaining bedrooms consist of two Full-overfull Bunk Beds, and one Queen Bedroom. The hallway bathroom is shared between the queen's bedroom and two children's rooms. Each bedroom has a 43" TV.

Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including stove/oven/refrigerator. Open concept living and dining rooms. The dining room can seat 10 people, and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The living room can be accessed via a den with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. The unit comes with a full-size washing machine and dryer.

The garage game room features a Stiga Ping Pong and a full-size Pool table. We have high chairs, pack n' plays, and boosters for your infant or toddler.

Wireless Internet is included. Relax in our sparkling Jacuzzi pool located in the rear yard. Our outdoor seating area features a natural gas BBQ grill. From your front yard, you can see the Disneyland fireworks. The home is equipped with Central Air & Heat.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees

These houses are only available for overnight sleep. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. This house is protected with outdoor security cameras. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
