Perfect for three families. Beautiful 5-bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms and two Cal King master suites with ensuites. One queen bedroom, and two Full-over-Full bunkbeds. The home has upgraded carpeting throughout all bedrooms, and tile and laminate flooring in the common areas.

Open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and custom paneled cabinetry. The dining room can comfortably seat ten people. Additional seating is available at the granite counter in the kitchen. The living room is directly adjacent to the full-size washer/dryer and half bath. The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and all bedrooms feature 42"TVs. The house has wireless high-speed internet of 200 mg.

The garage game room includes a Stiga table-tennis table and a pool table. High chairs, pack n’ play, boosters, strollers, and strollers for babies and toddlers are also available.

Relax in the tropical pool of this home with its waterfall and Jacuzzi. The outdoor seating area is spacious and a built-in natural gas BBQ is available.

This house can sleep 13 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 at any given time (including overnight guests and visitor). Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees
