This beautiful pool home is perfect to accommodate two families. Beautiful five-bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms. Three Cal-King masters with en suites. Two children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Two master bedrooms and a child's bedroom are located on the main floor. The other master bedrooms and the children's room are located upstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with a 43" LCD television. Two sleeper sofas are located in the house. One is at the top of the stairs, and the other is in the entryway. Beautiful custom cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. Upgraded stainless steel appliances including a stove and built-in microwave. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen is partly open to the living room and dining area. The 60' LCD television in the Main Living Room has a Blue-Ray/DVD player. The house has wireless high-speed Internet of 200 mbps. The house has central heating, air conditioning and a central thermostat. The game room is located in the garage, right off the living area. The game room has a Ping Pong, a billiards table, and toys. Strollers, highchairs, pack n’ play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. You will also find a full size washing machine and dryer in the garage. The rear yard can be accessed through French doors from the dining room. The swimming pool has an inground Jacuzzi. A natural gas BBQ grill, a patio table and chairs are also available outside. This house can sleep 13 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 2.
