Property Description

Visit our Beautiful Pool House which is perfect for 2 families. Our four-bedroom home with three bathrooms has two master suites. Each one has a Cal King Bed, and the other a Queen Bed. In the children's bedrooms, there are two full-overfull bunkbeds. Upgraded carpeting for the bedrooms, and laminate wood flooring throughout the house. Bathrooms upgraded with granite countertops, granite countertops and travertine flooring.

Upgraded kitchen with custom panel cabinets, upgraded handles, backsplash in Travertine and stainless steel appliances, including stove/ovens and microwaves. The kitchen opens to a spacious dining and living area. Main Living Room has a DVD player that includes Time Warner's top 300 channels. Wireless Internet with high-speed is included. Central heating and air-conditioning.

Ping Pong, Air Hockey and toys are available in the garage game room. It also has toys. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, highchairs or pack n' plays. Full-size washer/dryer.


Relax in our sparkling pool with a Jacuzzi integrated in the rear yard. Our patio features outdoor seating for adults and children as well as a BBQ grill powered by natural gas. You can walk from your backyard to Disneyland and enjoy the fireworks.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzis up to 102 degrees.

The maximum occupancy is 10 at any time. This number includes day visitors as well as overnight guests. Maximum Vehicles: Three cars (only in our driveway). No RVs, commercial vehicles or trailers. No outside music of any kind per Anaheim code. You must be inside from 10pm to 9am.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if your trip needs to be cancelled within 60 days.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not suitable for any kind of event or gathering. The houses are protected by outdoor security cameras, but they do not have any cameras inside.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
