Property Description

This cute pool house is perfect for two families. One master bedroom with a Cal-King and queen bed plus en suite. Two children's rooms, one with a Full Over Full Bunk Bed. The other has a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed. In one of the rooms, there's a cute toddler-sized bed. The hallway bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a 43" Plasma TV. The house is covered in laminate wood flooring.

Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Open-concept dining area, living room and kitchen nook. The 51" Plasma TV in the main living room is equipped with a Blue-Ray/DVD player. The sofa is a queen size sleeper. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air conditioning, heating and ventilation.

The game room, located just off the kitchen, features a 51-inch Plasma TV, Full Size Billard Tables and Stiga Ping Pong, as well as toys. The guests can use strollers, highchairs, and a full size washer/dryer. Infant booster seat and Pack n’ Play.

The rear yard has a beautiful swimming-pool, a barbecue grill with natural gas, a patio table and chairs, and a patio set. Disneyland & Disneyland tram is within a short drive. The home has central heating and air-conditioning. Enjoy the Disneyland fireworks in your front/backyard.

The maximum occupancy of this house at any time is 10. This includes day visitors as well as overnight guests. Maximum Vehicles: Three cars (only in our driveway). No RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes a heated pool at 82 degrees.

Cancellations made within 60 days are not eligible for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.
