Property Description

Lovely Pool Home ideal to accommodate two families. Two master suites. One with a Cal King and private bathroom and the other with a Queen bed and a private bathroom. Two children's bedrooms with Full over Full bunk beds share the bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43" plasma televisions.

All bedrooms have carpeting. The rest of the home has laminate wood flooring and tile flooring. Open concept kitchen with cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. In the breakfast nook, a granite bar counter can accommodate four people. The dining room can comfortably seat eight people. Main Living Room DVD/blue-ray player. The sofa is queen size. The home has high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

The game room is in the garage off the living area. The game room has toys, ping pong, a full-size billiards, air hockey, and a washer/dryer. Strollers, a pack-n'-play, a booster seat, and a highchair are available for your infants or children.

The rear yard has a beautiful swimming-pool, a BBQ with natural gas, and outdoor seating.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum vehicles 2. No RVs and trailers. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes a heated pool at 82 degrees.
