Property Description

This pool home is ideal for 2 to 3 families. This five-bedroom, three-and-a half baths house features three cal king bedrooms, including two with ensuites. The hallway and bathroom of the other master bedroom share a full-over-full bunk bed. Both children's rooms have futon couches. All bedrooms have a 43" Plasma TV.

The home has hardwood and tile floors, except for the two master bedrooms which have upgraded carpet. The family room, located just off of the entryway, has a large sectional sofa, a den that includes a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, and a 43" TV. Off the family room is a spacious dining room with an open concept and a kitchen. The dining room has a capacity of ten, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The glass slider leads from the kitchen and dining room to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

The garage includes a Ping Pong & Billards table and toys. Guests can use strollers, highchairs and booster seats. There are also full-size washers and dryers. The main living area has a 60-inch Plasma TV with DVD player. The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air conditioning and heating.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum vehicles 2. No RVs and trailers. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for a heated swimming pool up to 82°C.
