Property Description

This charming Anaheim home was upgraded and is located only a half-mile walk from the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. This three-bedroom house with two bathrooms is ideal for families. The master bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and an en-suite bathroom. Two of the child's rooms feature Full over Full bunk beds with access to a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43" Plasma TV.

Open-concept, partially open kitchen that connects to the dining room and family room. The kitchen closet contains a full-size washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for six people, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. The main living room has a 51" Plasma TV with a Blue-ray/DVD player.

The game room is located just off the family area in the garage. There are ping-pong and air-hockey tables, as well as toys, strollers, and booster seats for babies and toddlers. Beautiful backyard with wooden deck, BBQ, and natural gas grill.

Wireless high-speed Internet access is available at home. The home is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning. Disney is just a short distance away.

This house can accommodate 9 guests in bed. Maximum occupancy at any given time is 9. Maximum vehicles 2. No RVs and trailers. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.
