Property Description

Visit our beautiful poolhouse, which is perfect to accommodate two families. Our home is upgraded with wood flooring, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms, and tiled counters in the kitchen.

Our home has four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. Two master bedrooms have cal-king bed and upgraded en suites. The bathrooms have travertine tiles, marble countertops, custom panel cabinetry, and custom showers. The two children's rooms have Full over Full bunk beds and share a hallway bath. Three of the bedrooms feature upgraded carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood and tile flooring.

A dining area is included in the open-concept, beautifully updated kitchen. The kitchen has custom-paneled cabinets with upgraded hardware, granite countertops and upgraded hardware. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and stove/oven. A full-size washer, dryer, and a 1/2 bath are located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats six people, with additional seating at the kitchen counter or family room table.

Relax in our sparkling pool and jacuzzi in the rear yard. The pool is surrounded by a concrete patio deck with plenty of space to soak up the sun. The patio includes a dining table with a barbecue and chaise loungers.

The garage game room can be found near the pool. The game room has a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Standard Size Pool Table. There are strollers, highchairs and booster seats for infants.

All rooms feature 46+ televisions. The family room has a 60" television with DVD player. Wireless internet with high-speed is included. The home is centrally heated, and air-conditioned.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi up to 102 degrees.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
