Property Description

This pool home is perfect for three families.

Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three master suites, two with Cal King beds and one with Queen bed are available. Each has its own bathroom. The ensuite bathrooms now feature marble countertops and custom paneled vanities. Showers have been custom-designed using travertine/marble panels. The two bedrooms for children have full-overfull bunk beds. The children's bedroom has access to a full bath located in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 43" plasma TV.

The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinets and black appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. Guests can use the washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. The open-concept dining and family room offers plenty of space to entertain. The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool. The scored concrete deck surround provides plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Natural gas bbq grill.


The detached garage features STIGA ping pong and air hockey, as well as a pool. Strollers, highchairs and pack n' play are available for infants and toddlers.

The main living space has high-speed wireless Internet. The home has central heating, air conditioning and ventilation.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum vehicles 2. No RVs and trailers. No Outside Music of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the heated pool to 82 degrees.

Cancellations made within 60 days are not eligible for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.
