Property Description

This beautiful two-story pool house is perfect for three families.

There are three master bedroom and two children's bedrooms with full-overfull bunk beds. Three bedrooms are located in the main floor: a cal-king master bedroom, a cal-king master with ensuite and a children’s bunk room. The cal-king bedroom and the bunkbeds are located on the main level, sharing a hallway bathroom. The other master bedroom is located upstairs with direct access to the upstairs hallway bathroom. The loft houses the other children's bedrooms. The full-over full bunk bed is accompanied by a sectional couch and a full-size bed. All bedrooms have a 43" LCD television.

The home has three bathrooms. Two are on the first floor and one is on the second. All three bathrooms feature upgraded granite countertops, travertine floors, and custom tile inlays. The downstairs hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, white custom-paneled cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Two dining tables with six seats each provide enough space for the whole family. The kitchen counter has additional seating. The main living room has a large sectional couch with a queen-size bed and high-speed wireless internet.

The game room is located just off the living space in the garage. Air hockey, ping pong, and pool tables are available. For your infants and toddlers, you can choose from a range of strollers, highchairs, pack n' plays, and boosters. You can use a full-size washer and dryer. All bedrooms have carpeting and the common areas are laminate hardwood flooring.

The backyard features a beautiful inground swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and a BBQ grill powered by natural gas. A patio and additional chairs are available. Disney & Disney tram can be found at a distance of 1.25 miles. The home has central heating and air conditioning.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

All major credit and debit cards accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
