Property Description

This home has plenty of space for the whole family. Two of the three master suites have ensuite bathrooms. The two remaining bedrooms have full-over-full beds for children. The master suite does not have a separate ensuite, so the bunk room shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom upgrade with it. There is a hallway with a shower/tub combo and an extra shower for the children's room. One of the master bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite. All bedrooms have 47" LCD televisions.

The open-concept kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The dining room has a maximum of 12 seats, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

The main living space has high-speed wireless Internet. The rear yard has an in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor natural gas barbecue grill. The patio set and chairs are also included.

The detached garage gameroom has ping pong, pool and air hockey. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a highchair. The full-size washing and drying machine is located in the kitchen. Disneyland and Knottsberry farm are only a few miles away. The house has central heating and air-conditioning. You can watch the Disney fireworks from either your front or back yard.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the Jacuzzi up to 102 degrees.

Anaheim Vacation House is the manager. No refunds are given for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.
