Visit our stunning Pool Home, perfect for families of four and above.

Our home was beautifully renovated and decorated by a professional designer. There are four master bedrooms, three are Cal-king with ensuites. The fourth master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shares the hallway bathroom with two bedrooms for children with full-over-full bunkbeds. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD TV. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were upgraded with travertine and granite tiles, custom paneled vanities, and hardware.

The open concept is perfect for entertaining guests and preparing meals. The kitchen has custom-paneled cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances such as a stove/oven, and a microwave. The dining room can comfortably seat eight people. Additional seating is available at the breakfast nook and kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a half-bath and a washer/dryer.

The home has laminate hardwood flooring. The main living room has a 60-inch TV with DVD player, Time Warner's Top 250 channels and a DVD player. Wireless Hi-Speed Internet access is included.

The sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the backyard, which includes a jacuzzi and pool. We will monitor your temperature remotely, so it is at the right temperature and on when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and BBQ Grill.

The detached garage gameroom has a pool table of standard size and ping-pong tables for kids. High chairs, pack n’ play, boosters, strollers, and other items are available for infants and children.

Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center can be reached within a few minutes. The home is equipped with Central Air & Heat.

The maximum occupancy of this house is 15 people at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory fee for pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
