Property Description

Beautifully upgraded home with three master bedrooms, two children's bedrooms and full-over-full bunkbeds. The master bedroom is separate from the rest and can be accessed via the patio. All bedrooms have 47" LCD TVs.

The bathrooms were upgraded to include granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, travertine floors, and custom travertine/marble design. The hallway contains a full bathroom that serves the two children's bedrooms.

The partial open concept features granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry and stainless steel appliances such as a stove/oven or refrigerator. The dining room comfortably seats ten people. Additional seating is available at the second kitchen counter, and a second round table. Just off the kitchen, you will find a half-bathroom and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Wireless Internet is available in the main living area. The private backyard is accessible through the sliding door. There is a Jacuzzi, an in-ground pool and a natural gas barbecue grill. There are also additional chairs, patio sets and patio sets. In the game room, you can play ping-pong and air hockey. There are strollers, pack n’ play, boosters and highchairs available for infants and young children.

Disney & Disney tram is within a short drive. The home has central heating and cooling. Watch the Disney fireworks from the front/back yard.

This house can accommodate up to 13 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

All major credit cards as well as debit cards are accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. If you live within a 100-mile radius of Disneyland, there will be an additional $500 security deposit. This is to ensure city rules and regulations will be followed. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
