Property Description

Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, which is ideal for up to four families. There is plenty of space for everyone. Our home is decorated with designer furniture and has wood floors all over.

Three of the four master bedrooms are ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms feature full-over-full-bunk beds. One of the remaining bedrooms is a child's room with full-over-full bunk beds. The other children's bedroom has access to a shower/tub combo hallway. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD television. Bathrooms have been upgraded to include granite countertops and custom-paneled vanities. The bathrooms have travertine tiles and custom travertine/marble shower inlays.

The open-concept kitchen design features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom-paneled cabinets. The dining room comfortably seats ten people. It has a breakfast nook and kitchen counter seating. The family room's oversized sectional provides ample space for the whole family. The family room has a 60" television with DVD player, Time Warner top 250 channels and a DVD player. The home has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet.

Through the sliding glass door, you have access to the private rear yard with a beautiful inground swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our offices, so it's on and at the correct temperature when you arrive. Our outdoor seating includes a natural-gas BBQ grill.

The game room has a ping pong table and billiards for children. Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer. For your infants and children, there are highchairs, boosters, and strollers.

Disneyland is a half mile walk away, and the Anaheim Convention Center about 1.25 miles. From the yard, you can see the Disneyland fireworks. Central Air & Heat is installed in the home.

The price includes the mandatory fee for pool/jacuzzi. The pool is heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.
