Property Description

This gorgeous pool home with its high-end upgrades is perfect for multiple families. There are six cal-king master bedrooms. Five of them are ensuites. The other master bedroom is connected to a Jack n' Jill bathroom. The two last bedrooms feature full-over-full beds with futons for additional bedding. All bedrooms have a 47" Plasma television. The six bathrooms were upgraded with travertine floors, custom raised panel vanities, and marble countertops. The showers also feature custom travertine/marble tile inlay.

The main living space is an open concept, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom raised paneled cabinetry, travertine back splash, and stainless steel appliances such as stove/ovens and microwaves. The dining room comfortably seats 10 people. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter or breakfast nook. The small sunroom off the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The family room has a large sectional and is spacious. It has a 60-inch TV with high-speed WiFi Internet. The entire apartment has laminate hardwood flooring. The hall closet contains a full-size washer and dryer that guests can use. The rear yard has a beautiful inground swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. The side yard has a natural-gas BBQ, patio set, and additional chairs.

The garage game room includes foosball, pool, air hockey, and ping pong tables. For your infant or toddler, we have strollers, pack n' plays and booster seats. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

Disneyland is about 3-4 miles from your home. Disney fireworks can be seen from your front or backyard.

This house can sleep 19 people. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 19 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles 4 Maximum vehicles 4.
