Property Description

Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, which is ideal for 4+ Families. Our six-bedroom house with 4.5 bathrooms is upgraded with tiled bathroom floors and wood, granite kitchen counters, and granite kitchen countertops.

Two Cal-King master bedroom with private bathrooms. Two more Cal King Beds share a Jack n' Jill Bathroom. The final two bedrooms feature Full over Full Bunk Beds. The children's room shares a bathroom with a bathtub/shower in the hallway.

The main living space is open concept, with a kitchen upgraded with granite countertops and custom-paneled cabinetry, as well as stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, and other appliances. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the breakfast bar and kitchen countertop. The family room has a large sectional with plenty of seating. The sectional can sleep two people in a king size. Relax in our sparkling Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We will monitor your temperature remotely so that it's on and at the correct temperature when you arrive. Our outdoor seating includes a natural-gas BBQ grill.

Just off the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer for guests as well as the half-bath. The game room is located in the garage. The game room includes a foosball table, an air hockey table and a ping-pong. High chairs, pack-n'-plays, boosters, and strollers are available for infants and children.

Main Living Room has a 60" LCD TV with DVD player, and Time Warner's Top 250 Channels. Wireless Internet with high-speed is included. The home is centrally heated, and air-conditioned.

You can walk from your home to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, and watch the fireworks.

This house can accommodate up to 15 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles 4 Maximum vehicles 4. Minimum Stay 3 NightsNo Outside Noise of Any Kind Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside noise allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not suitable for any kind of gathering. If you live within 50 miles of this house, there will be an additional $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are adhered to. The homes are also equipped with security cameras. There are NO cameras in the home.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
