Charming Anaheim house with upgraded features. Only a 3/4 mile walk to Disneyland and 1/4 mile from Anaheim Convention Center.

Three-bedroom house, with two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a bathroom for a queen. The other rooms are for children, with full-overfull bunks and access to a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43" television.

The open concept of the main living area is ideal for entertaining. There is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven/stove/range with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. The dining room can seat six people with additional seating at the bar. The sectional couch in the family room provides ample seating. The family room has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Beautiful french doors open onto the rear yard with a patio set and a barbecue powered by natural gas. The game room is located in the garage. The game room includes a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Billiards table. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, boosters, high chairs and pack n’ plays. This home has a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use.

The house has high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

This house can only have a MAXIMUM of 9 occupants at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

If you live within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are adhered to. To protect homes, security cameras are also installed. There are no cameras in the house.
