Charming Fullerton house with upgrades near local attractions and shopping (5.5 mile from Disney and 6.8 miles to Knotts Berries Farm).

The house is located in the second floor, above the garage. This beautiful designer home features two bathrooms and three bedroom. The Cal King suite is upgraded with a marble countertop, tile flooring, and a custom designed shower. The other bedrooms include a queen-sized bedroom and a children's room with full-overfull bunkbeds. The two final bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The entire house has laminate hardwood flooring.

The main floor's open layout with its living area, dining space, and kitchen is ideal for socializing. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. The dining room has eight seats. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a queen-sized pullout bed.

All bedrooms have 47" LCD TVs. The main living room has a 55' LCD TV with Blue ray/DVD. Strollers, boosters, pack n' play, and highchairs are available for infants and toddlers. Guests can use the full-size washer and dryer in the garage. The house does not have a yard or patio/outdoor furnishings. The home has high-speed internet. The home has central heating, air conditioning and ventilation.

The house can accommodate 11 guests at all times. Parking for one vehicle of standard size in the garage and another in the driveway next to the garage. Minimum stay 3 nights. You must be inside during this time.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not suitable for any kind of gathering. If you live within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are adhered to. To protect homes, security cameras are also installed. There are no cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
