Property Description

Our beautiful pool house is perfect for two family members. Our home features upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two master suites with cal-king bed and ensuites. The other rooms are equipped with a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed. These rooms share a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms feature 46+ televisions. The living room has a queen size pull-out couch and is spacious. The open-concept kitchen and dining area has plenty of seating for everyone.

The room includes a STIGA ping pong, cubbies filled with toys and games and a single stroller. The game room has a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60" television and DVD player. Wireless internet is included. Relax in the sparkling pool and jacuzzi in our rear yard. A patio dining set with chairs, a gas BBQ and a natural-gas barbecue are also included.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. NO Street parking. Maximum 2 vehicles in our driveway No RVs or trailers. No Outside Music According to the city code no outside music is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must remain indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes the mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 102 degrees

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. If you live within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit. This is to ensure city rules and regulations will be followed. Outdoor security cameras are also used to safeguard homes. There are NO cameras inside the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
