Beautifully renovated home perfect for multiple families. This home features 5 bedrooms and a loft with 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the main floor: two master bedrooms, each with a cal-king bed, one with an ensuite, and a third bedroom for children with full over full bunk beds. The hallway bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is shared by both the master bedroom and the children's room. The upstairs has a cal-king master bedroom with a loft that includes a children's bed on top of a full bunkbed and a pullout couch. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have LCD TVs.

The main living space is spacious and has an open concept. The sectional or the dining room table can accommodate the entire family. The sectional can also be used as extra bedding, with a queen-size bed that pulls out. The family room has high-speed wireless Internet.

Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, highchairs, pack n' plays, and boosters. The rear yard has a natural-gas outdoor bbq as well as a patio set and extra chairs. The home has central heating and air conditioning.
