The location is optimal for both close by beach access and activity enjoyment, as its just a quick 5-minute walk to the bright and gorgeous turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.This inviting duplex offers five bedrooms and four and half baths. The West Unit, Longboard, has three bedrooms with two and a half baths and the East Unit, Shortboard, has two bedrooms and two baths. Longboard has a beautiful primary bedroom with a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom is spacious with outdoor access and a tv and the third bedroom has a bunkbed, ideal for kiddos or those that are young at heart. In the East Unit, Shortboard, you will find a primary bedroom with a calming-ocean theme, King bed, tv, and closet, and it has easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a bright tropical flair and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa in the living area can be converted to a sofa bed for extra accommodation. Both units have their own living rooms that have comfy seating areas with a tv and their own fully equipped kitchens including utensils, pots, and pans and their own dining rooms.Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
